How paying works here, in the order most patients ask.
Insurance we work with
We are in network with some dental PPO plans and file claims for you as an out-of-network dentist with others. Symone has the list of plans we are in network with and can check yours. Dental HMO plans vary, so call us first. We are not enrolled with Medicaid or CHIP, and can help you find a nearby practice that is.

If you pay yourself
If you don't have insurance, you pay at the visit. You'll know the fee before we start, in writing. Financing is offered by third-party lenders. Approval and terms are set by the lender.

After each visit we give you an itemized receipt you can send to your plan. Whether the plan pays, and how much, is the plan's decision.

An estimate in advance
You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. If you're paying without insurance, we give you a written estimate in advance, when you schedule or whenever you ask. It lists each step we expect and the fee for each, and you can take it home before you decide.

Checking your benefits
We check what your plan says it covers before your visit and tell you what we find. The plan's answer is an estimate until it processes the claim. You can also call the number on your card.

About an hour: a talk at the table, an exam when you're ready, X-rays only if Dr. Aiyar needs them and a written estimate before any treatment. Fill in your health history on our private patient portal, not by email or in the contact form.
